Step 1: Fill out your business profile
- Go to the Settings page in the bottom left corner.
- Fill out your business profile details, add a logo, and customize it to match your business branding.
Step 2: Enable missed call text back
- Still on the Settings page, scroll to the bottom.
- Make sure "Missed call text back" is enabled.
- Save your changes. This will allow you to automatically text customers who miss your calls.
Step 3: Download the LeadStack mobile app
- LeadStack will provide you with a link to download the mobile app.
- Send this link to your phone number via text or email.
- Download the app on your phone. This allows you to manage leads on the go.
Step 4: Connect Google My Business
- In LeadStack, click "Connect" on the Google My Business section.
- Log into your Google account and select your business page.
- Allow the permissions and complete the setup.
- You can now monitor and reply to Google reviews and messages.
Step 5: Connect Facebook
- Click the "Connect" button in the Facebook section.
- Log into your Facebook account.
